We ask that you provide full and accurate delivery details for the recipient including full address, postcode and if possible a telephone number We will not accept responsibility for any orders not delivered by us due to incorrect or incomplete details being supplied by you the customer. Redelivery to correct address may incur additional delivery charges - at our discretion.
We will deliver your flowers on the requested day, if the recipient should be out we will try to leave them safe on the property or with a neighbour. We will card the recipient to notify them of where to retrieve their flowers. If there is nowhere suitable to leave them we will return the flowers to the shop, card the address informing the recipient of this and to contact the shop to arrange collection or rearrange delivery - there maybe an additional charge for this (at our discretion).
If the flowers are left, we cannot be held responsible if the recipient should be away from the address for any period of time which has a detrimental effect on the flowers.
All our prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered. Payments will be debited when you submit your order. Payments must be made at time of ordering if same day delivery is required. In all circumstances payment must be made before delivery. We accept all major credit cards.
If you need to cancel an order please contact us on 01692 584804. Where possible we must be notified of any cancellation at least 24hrs before the due delivery date.
You can arrange to have your flowers at any other time. If this is not a possibility a full refund will be given less any costs that have been incurred as a consequence of your cancellation. If your item has been made already to your specific requirements we retain the right to refuse a refund and the product will become your property.
If the company should need to cancel your order we will offer a full refund or your flowers at an alternate date/time. We will contact you as soon as possible before order completion date.
Fresh floristry products are perishable goods and we make every effort to source the best quality products from trusted wholesalers/suppliers.
With regard to this we operate a fair and reasonable refund/replacement policy where necessary if it is clear that the performance of a fresh product has been lacking.
We are fully committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. In the unlikely event of a complaint we will investigate the circumstances and if we are fully satisfied a complaint is genuine a full replacement or refund will be given. We always endeavour to reach a satisfactory outcome for all parties. .
In any circumstance we would require the return of the original product.
You should notify us of any complaint as soon as possible and within 72hours of delivery/receipt.
You agree and accept that the Product will vary in it's length of life dependant upon seasonal and environmental conditions which are out of our control.
We do not offer replacements/refunds if the item that is delivered is not to the recipients personal taste. The sender has chosen this item /style/colour for you. Personal taste of the recipient will not be considered a reasonable complaint.

You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, modify, display or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent. All of the products are examples of my own work and therefore belong to Natalie Durrant, owner of Flower Moments Uk Ltd. and are solely for use by the company for marketing products.
When placing an order we will require particular personal information from yourself to allow processing of your card payment. We only share this with organisations that require this information to execute your order eg.. banking services/card merchants. This is held as written information on paper only and is not stored electronically by the company.
Written orders are stored in a secure manner. Orders are stored for a period of time to allow for banking queries in line with standard bank timescales. After this time they are destroyed.
If you should place an order via email we will record the information needed and then delete the email. We do not recommend emailing card details due to security risks.
We do not use any of your information for marketing purposes nor do we provide them to third parties. We will forward upon request photographs to you of your ordered design, this may not be immediately, and maybe via email or alternative means as discussed with yourself.
We reserve the right to use photos of designs at our discretion in our in house selection guides, website and in any marketing information.
Recipient addresses will only be shared with eflorist or another florist to allow your item to be delivered. Your contact details maybe shared with eflorist if you are ordering at a time when the shop is uncontactable at date of delivery - this will be explained at time of ordering
