Delivery Information

How it works....

For us to fulfil your order and deliver on your requested delivery date, you must ensure you have provided all the necessary information - recipients full address, postcode and telephone number if possible

We will deliver your flowers on the requested day, if the recipient should be out we will try to leave them safe on the property or with a neighbour. We will card the recipient to notify them of where to retrieve their flowers. If there is nowhere suitable to leave them we will return the flowers to the shop, card the address informing the recipient of this and to contact the shop to arrange collection or rearrange delivery - there maybe an additional charge for this (at our discretion).

If flowers are left, we cannot be held responsible if the recipient should be away from the address for any period of time which has a detrimental effect on the flowers.

If the flowers are returned to the shop and the recipient has not made contact - within 12/24hrs - we will contact the sender and await instruction.
